Coach Donald is proud to be a father of three and husband to Dr. Erica P. Holmes. Originally a Memphis native, he became a DeSoto County transplant once he married Dr. Erica. They have both lived in Southaven for the last 18 1/2 years.

Coach Donald is proud to be a father of three and husband to Dr. Erica P. Holmes. Originally a Memphis native, he became a DeSoto County transplant once he married Dr. Erica. They have both lived in Southaven for the last 18 1/2 years.
Coach Donald, a former US Marine, has coached competitive cheer and/or tumbling the greater part since 1994. He added coaching in the homeschool sector, as a COVID development, in August of 2020. Thus, the DeSoto Diamondbacks were born. What started with Cross Country (8/2020) and carried into Track & Field (1/2021), has become a multi-sport program. In 2022, with the help of the amazing Godly women listed here, he is honored that God's vision for this program (DeSoto Diamondbacks, the Hub for Home School Sports in N. MS) is coming to fruition.

Coach Becca has a beautiful passion to help kids learn and grow in life and in the sports they love and is one of our head Coaches here at DD Sports. In her free time Coach Becca likes to research what the word free time means while she is planning events for a local homeschool support group, being wonderfully creative in her t-shirt, accounting and payroll businesses, spending time with her family and friends, and working on her piano skills.

Coach Crystal is a recent transplant to the southern states and is an energetic social butterfly that is not only amazing at helping us create and manage our website and Facebook pages but is also a seasoned Flag Football player/coach. Crystal has a great heart for kids of all ages but will specifically be working with our older athletes
Coach Crystal is a recent transplant to the southern states and is an energetic social butterfly that is not only amazing at helping us create and manage our website and Facebook pages but is also a seasoned Flag Football player/coach. Crystal has a great heart for kids of all ages but will specifically be working with our older athletes in the program. Coach Crystal is also an events coordinator for a local homeschool support group and in her past life was a Cub Scouts leader for her son’s pack. At the end of the day, you can find Coach Crystal spending time with her family and three adorable fur-babies.

As a youth coach, Jayme loves helping young aspiring athletes find joy in sports and in developing healthy lifestyles. Relocating to the area last year, Jayme left her career in business to spend more time with her kids and is enjoying the "Southern hospitality" of Desoto County.
