Sports Clinics Payment

If you don't have Paypal you can make checks payable to: Desoto Diamondbacks. Checks will be due at the first meeting date. Please let us know if that is your payment method.

Each sport is $30 per athlete. ($5 per week)

Shirts are $15 per athlete.

Ex: If you have two athletes that you are registering for both baseball and volleyball this is the amount: $30 for baseball x 2 athletes = $60. $30 for volleyball x 2 athletes= $60. All together the cost would be $120. Plus, the cost of shirts. Shirts are a one-time payment of $15 per athlete. Those shirts can be used for all the sports. The grand total for this example would be $150.

• Liability Release
• Sports Media Consent
• Statement of Faith  

The last section of this page is the actual registration form. This needs to be done at the same time of payment and before our first meet.
